Nature of the Service

The site organizes public resources for finding Ector County and Texas jail, release, custody, court, and supervision information. It may connect visitors with independent research tools. It stores no official government records and cannot confirm custody, order a release, post bond, or file a document with an agency.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Violate a federal, Texas, or local law
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Attempt to enter an account, server, or system without authorization

No Consumer Reports

Ector County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use its information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing, or lease screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

External Websites and Services

The site links to Sheriff and corrections sources, release records, government portals, legal assistance, and independent search services. Those destinations control their content, privacy practices, terms, and uptime. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for them. Review each destination’s own policies.

Service Provided As Is

The service is supplied “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
• The service is free of errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Ector County Sheriff, TDCJ, a court, or another government agency.
